Hi Everyone,

I've been looking for a place to chat about Doris as I love her! Her voice is so beautiful and I love her as a person as well! I was so glad to discover this forum and especially because it is pretty active as well
I've only recently got into her music, even though I have liked her most popular song 'Que Sera Sera' for many years...gosh...since I was young! I absolutely LOVE her album 'My Heart', I can't pick a favourite from that album! It is so beautiful!

My name is obvious, but I'm 19 years old and I live in New Zealand. I'm 20 in May.
My favourite music is 60's and 70's and some of my other favourite singers are Agnetha Faltskog, ABBA and Petula Clark, Patsy Cline, Connie Francis and Nana Mouskouri plus many others! All my life 60's and 70's has been my favourite sort of music. I thank my Mum for this as I grew up with it around the house all the time.

My favourite movies are Period Dramas and romance movies, but more 'touching' romance movies like Pride and Prejudice and a Walk to Remember etc. Other favourites would have to be Message in a Bottle, Nights in Rodanthe, The Notebook, Leap Year, Marie Antoinette and The Bridges of Madison County + a few others.

My favourite T.V shows are Sailor Moon plus old classics, such as 'Bionic Woman' 'Six Million Dollar Man', 'Bewitched' 'Knight Rider' and 'I dream of Jeannie'. I don't mind watching Home Improvement and Beverly Hills 90210 at times too because I grew up watching those. I also like some anime shows like Pokemon, Cardcaptors and other shows I watched when I was younger, like Old Bear and Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Lizzie Mcguire..etc. One I do watch that is 'new' is Shaun The Sheep, I love this show! It always makes me laugh really loud.

My favourite colours are pastels and white and pink. My favourite artists are Claude Monet and Thomas Kinkade plus basically every Impressionist artist, as I love impressionist art. I'm a big dreamer and a very shy and romantic sort of person. I love listening to old music and 'escaping', I often feel like I was born in the wrong era! I like to imagine myself in a vintage dress long ago and dancing with a handsome man while listening to old music. Or running through a field in a 'Anne of Green Gables' type dress. ( I love Anne of Green Gables too)

My favourite things to do is to make edits on Photoshop and add colours and effects, make YouTube videos, read, sing, dance, collect Sailor Moon items, listen to music and buy things!

My Dreams:
-To travel all around Europe to every town and city.
-To Visit Marie Antoinette's home and other places she visited etc
-To Visit Claude Monet's garden
- To Meet Agnetha Faltskog, Petula Clark and Doris!
-To Write my own book and get it published and be a best seller
- To design and sell my own fashion range
- If possible, I would love to be a wonderful actess and singer and make lots of money doing what I do and people adore me.
-To be rich!
- To marry a wonderful guy
- To be really talented at something
- For my Mum to be really happy and to live forever

There is a painting here of Doris that my friend Kaitlyn did, she is 22, and quite the artist. If you review the previous posts about Doris, you will be able to find it. I hope that you accomplish all your dreams. My name is Craig, and my user name is Toby Martin on here, taken from the name of the character that played Doris' youngest son on her 70s tv show, "The Doris Day Show". Tragically the actor who played her son Toby Martin, was killed in a motorcycle accident when he was only 20. Such a shame!
