Dorine,
thanks for all these photos of DD and June. June is my second favorite actress of all time. When I was very young my "prayer" every evening before got sleep was: mama, Doris, June.....mama, Doris, June.
They were my three women which I loved the most (before I got my daughter). And I was very serious about that.

It looks like Doris signed this photo. The word "love" on the far upper left side looks like her handwriting. And there seems to be an arrow pointing down to her side of the photo.

Thanks for adjusting the photos. If the photo was taken in 1938, Doris would have been 14 not 16, but the age thing pops up quite frequently when talking about Doris. She recently said that she was born in 1924, so I'm going by that.
