I don't see what many here don't like about this film. Sure, it's not perfect, but then neither are a lot of other films, but that doesn't make them un-enjoyable. I personally love this film. I hadn't seen a Doris film in quite awhile, so while moving, I ended up taking a break and watching it. I la...

Just a little bit of trivia - the "soda fountain" that Doris is standing behind was the beautiful bar that George Montgomery, Dinah Shore's husband ,hand made for Doris and Marty at their home on Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills. It was always a soda fountain and a fun place in her lovely living roo...

I LOVE THIS FILM. Probably because I can kinda relate to it growing up. :) I think Doris is great in it and Rock is handsome as usual. I give this film over 5 stars. I love it so much,it's so much fun and light-hearted,since you know that Rock's fine during the entire thing. lol This is perhaps my f...

This is my very favorite of all three Doris-Rock films. The script is hilarious, and Doris look great. My favorite part has to be Rock's dream about her marrying the dry cleaner guy. It's so cute.

5 Stars all the way around. Great job,Doris!!!!! :)

The first time I saw this film,I really hated it. The next time I watched it,it pretty much became my favorite Doris Day film. I laughed a lot and it was very enjoyable. But I still hate the part where Doris and James fight. I can't stand seeing Doris mad.
I rated this movie good.

I have now had the pleausre to see all three of Doris' suspence films;Julie tops them all. It was a good story, wonderfully cast,it was more edge of your seat suspence than her other two thrillers {The Man Who Knew Too Much and Midnight Lace}....I could go on and on about this film.
So five star.

Hi,Lauren.
Yes,Tony made about three of those little things for TCM about making Pillow Talk. I don't think I saw the one you're talking about, though.
Thanks for sharing.

Re: Johnny, not Jack

I was a bit disappointed with this film,as I guessed that Tony was the killer by the middle of the film. It was fun to watch, anyhow, but I wasn't on the edge of my seat,as I was expecting I would be. Doris was simply WONDERFUL in it,though. Jack Carson was right:she should have won an oscar for that...

I was watching TCM yesterday and Tony Randell was talking about his filming the care scene with Doris. He said that the director came over to Doris and said,"Okay, just start crying." Doris said,"Alright." Tony was sitting there, thinking,"Okay, let's get rolling." Suddenly Doris burst into tears and t...

When I watched it,it was nothing but fun for me. I laughed so hard at Doris' reaction to her dream and then when she said,"Uh,we hit a bump." She was cute singing "Big Fat Lie",but that "Blame My Absent Minded Heart" should have been given some award. The way she sang it was so beautiful, just those ...

I simply love this film. Not only is it Rock Hudson at his best, but I was laughing so hard the whole time. Doris was as funny as ever. It's a true shame that she didn't win the Best Actress Oscar for the role. I often use her line,"Mr.Allen, this may come as a shock to you,but there are some men who ...

This movie is NOT one of Cary's best performances. He's the type that just has to be goofing off in something like Arsnic and Old Lace or it's just not really Cary you're watching.I thought this movie had some funny lines in it.Didn't like when Doris and Cary broke out just because they were nervous,...
