If you do want a response from her -- might be best if you sent her photograph to sign along with an SASE. Yes, a donation to the DDAL would also help. She no doubt receives tons of mail so she might not see a solitary letter here and there. Hope this helps.

Miss Wymore was a major talent though vastly underrated. She was the perfect foil in those DD early musicals. Also, played a good stinker in 'She's Working Her Way Through College'. A few years back, I stumbled upon her website and sent her an email. I don't know if she ever got a chance to see it. ...

I would have to say her glorious recordings. Her singing. Her success if movies somewhat obscured and blurred lines on the fact that she the top female singer of all time.
