Oh how I wish Pierre Patrick wasn't promoted on here. If only you all could have seen how very mean he was at a Doris bio book signing that I went to in NYC you would understand.I was terribly shocked since I was very excited to meet him. I know nobody will believe me unless you were there but I just had to write something now about it.
It's a wonderful day for Doris Day <3

He's not 'promoted', here, Dominique - the above was sent to me by Discovering Doris to share with fans on here but I don't know anything about him, apart from his association with Doris.
Sorry you had a bad experience - what happened?

He was incredibly mean and rude to Doris' fans and the biographer that was talking about her. He constantly was heckling and even was asked to leave but ended up coming back to the book signing. It's such a shame that Doris doesn't realize that he really isn't very nice. If she would have been there I am postive she would have been terribly disappointed in his actions, like I was.
I'm very happy that there are so many kind Doris friends on here that's for sure!

Glad you felt you could share that, Dominique. You had nothing but praise for having met and interviewed DD biographer, David Kaufman, so I'm sure you wouldn't say what you've said without good reason.
I wonder what it was all about? Has anyone else had the same experience?
