Image from 2005, from Puck - the days of Frednet Radio - was it that long ago?

Today, 4 March 2015, this forum is 10 years old, as you can see by the date of my first post, right, 4 March 2005.

The forum itself is older than that. We had been going for five years on another host and the whole thing was lost when I moved it here. I remember Lauren being very upset as we'd lost so much. I was too, but I tend to be more philosophical and said it would soon build up, which it did.

A lot of you have been here from the beginning of this Forum - even from the previous one - so thank you all for your continued support of our Doris - and Happy Birthday to us!

Hi Bryan and all forum friends,

First of all I want to THANK YOU BRYAN for being our webmaster for all those years and making it all possible.

And I'll said it before, and I'll say it again. THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING THIS PLACE THE WAY IT IS!!!! It's a great tribute to our lady here, all forms of information and fun added through the years. So many great people: our experts on all diverse Doris related fields (music, films, television, radiowork, photo's, pets, events etc. etc. etc.) great quizes, funny questions, serious questions, the photo's, the banners, the quote's and all...

I hope this place will continue HERE for al long long time, and everybody will contribute on his/her own way.

Very cute avatar; thank you, Bryan! I don't want to change it. Most computer-related terms and procedures are mysteries to me anyway. I recall Doris saying about herself (on a tape she made for the fans in Australia, I think) something like, "If it involves anything mechanical, just forget it altogether." That describes my ineptness with electronic technology!
