A Foogy Day

Unread post by JohnG »

Hi
Could anyone tell me the CD on which Doris sings "A Foggy Day".
She sounds fabulous singing it as she does in all her songs.

John, it's on her "Hooray For Hollywood" cd, one of her very best!

I got the '2 on 1' - 'Hooray for Hollywood' and 'You'll never walk alone' - the 2nd one I didn't have. Whilst the religious songs are a required taste, Doris is superb and I adore the title song on the other, as Howard said, the two volumes of the Hollywood album are Doris at her best.

I agree Howard the 2 volume set of Horray For Hollywood has Doris at her best. Great arrangements.

If anybody out there only has volume I, do yourself a favor, and pick up volume 2. It's equally great!

Foggy Day

Hi Howard
Thank you very much for your info on Foggy Day being on Hooray for Hollywood 2.
I purchased this on EBay from Seattle, Washington USA second hand as no new volumes seem to be available from the internet CD stores including Amazon.
I totally agree with you it is some of Doris's best renditions. I to would recommend that every Doris fan should have a copy of this CD
Once again thanks for imparting yoir great knowledge of Doris Day and her music.
Cheers John Gatt
