"An American beauty with a voice of liquid gold. Celebrating three decades with Columbia Records this special collection forms an irresistible musical portrait of Doris Day of pop hits, movie songs, and live recordings previously unreleased in the U.S....each a unique blend of rhythmic buoyancy, lyrical clarity, and heartfelt purity. Re: Doris Day -Golden Girl - Compilation -1999
Johnny, I believe "Sorry" was the last recording she made for Columbia, and it's not often found on compilations. A less memorable song than many others, even with the lyric by Johnny Mercer.
