Perfect music for a lazy Sunday afternoon is the Doris Day Sings Broadway Hits CD which was released in November 2004.
Track Listings:
Papa Won't You Dance With Me from High Button Shoes
My Darling, My Darling from Where's Charley?
Let's Take An Old Fashioned Walk from Miss Liberty
Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered from Pal Joey
You Can Have Him from Miss Liberty
I Didn't Know What Time It Was from Too Many Girls
I've Never Been In Love Before
A Bushel And A Peck (Both from Guys and Dolls)

The Best Thing For You from Call Me Madam
If I Were A Bell from Guys and Dolls
It's A Lovely Day Today from Call Me Madam

From This Moment On
I Am Loved
Nobody's Chasing Me
(All from Out Of This World)

Something Wonderful
We Kiss In A Shadow
(from The King And I)

Lost In Loveliness from The Girl In Pink Tights
Very Good Advice from Alice In Wonderland

The Second Start To The Right
Your Mother And Mine
(from Peter Pan)

No Two People from Hans Christian Andersen

Listening to Doris sing these beautiful Broadway songs makes me imagine seeing her on stage elevating the musicals with the wonder and sensuous beauty of her voice.

I was particularly moved by Doris singing From This Moment On, Lost In Loveliness and Your Mother And Mine.

Hi Johnny,

Thanks for bringing this album up, it's an album to cuddle up on the sofa, with a cup of thee... or something stronger. Doris is in great voice.
