It's Magic- 1947-1950 rerelease on April 10, 2020

Hi all.

I went on Amazon's US store today and found that Bear Family Records is rereleasing their first Doris Day box set It's Magic- 1947-1950 on Friday, April 10, a week from today. Have any of you heard any info reguarding this news? I'm wondering why they are rereleasing it?

Great question. I wonder if they have found additional tracks or maybe just digitally remastered them? Does anyone know?

Great question. I don't see anything on the Amazon page indicating these are remasterd versions. My guess is they are re-releasing them in honor of her birthday and perhaps to capitalize on widespread interest generated by the estate auction.
