Your favorite movie co-star line

Unread post by suzie »

I adore all of Miss Days movies. One of my very favorite lines by one of her co stars was "Its like pickels dear ,its something you grow acustomed to. " That always cracks me up. I always loved "Lover come back ",its a great movie. What line by one of her co stars stands out in your mind ?

I don't know the co-star's name off hand, but it's from The Doris Day Show, when that terrible man that worked for the electric company moved into her apartment building. I think season Five. He turned on the TV in his apartment and on TV was a Doris Day movie. He said to Doris Martin, "I can't stand that woman!" Saying that line in front of Doris Day was so funny!

That was Doris's dear friend Billy De Wollfe. Mr. Jarvis was his name on the show.

Lpt . I always loved that line by Billy too. His delivery of that line was great lol. What a dear man he was in real life, but played stuffy ole Mr. Jarvis well.

He is the best! All of his lines are hilarious! Rose Marie is my favorite on the show. I will have to try and find my favorite line. Oh! I love her line, from the episode in season 2 "The Hotdogs". I'll whistle if anyone's coming. Any particular song.
It's a wonderful day for Doris Day <3
