I just joined and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Stephanie and I am 29 years old. It was years ago that I happened to see one of Doris' movies on a cable channel and I was hooked. I think it was Pillow Talk or Lover Come Back. I am just glad to find a place where I can chat with Doris Day fans. My mom even got me Pillow Talk one year for my birthday or Christmas present or both! (My birthday falls around Thanksgiving). I haven't seen all her movies yet, but I plan on it. I was telling my mom the other day that these old movies are so much better than most of the stuff that is out today and I wish they still made them like it.

I was telling my mom the other day that these old movies are so much better than most of the stuff that is out today and I wish they still made them like it.

But if modern movies were the same as old movies, we would't sometimes get that nice, nostalgic feeling when watching an old movie.
