Hi Jas,

According to David Kaufman's book on Doris, she made her first appearance as the mystery guest on What's My Line on June 10-1954. It was Doris' first appearance on television. Doris disguised her voice with a high squeal.

On the blindfolded panel of four was Arlene Francis who would star in Doris' film The Thrill of It All in 1963.

It was Arlene Francis who guessed Doris Day's identity after some time. Host John Daly presented Doris with a framed gold record for selling over a million records of Secret Love.

Thanks so much Ania for these great Doris photos.

Doris looks so glamorous in the first photo. The beautiful piano looks like it has a glass top.

The last photo off Doris with Terry, Jimmy Stewart, Brenda de Banzie, and Bernard Miles is new to me.
