Doris and Marty at Cannes

Cute but interesting photo of D. and M. on vacation probably at Cannes in the 50s. She's holding a shirt or blouse in one hand while clutching her white robe and paperback. Marty looks to be holding up and reading label on what might be a perfume bottle. Two rather clever and smart Day fans that I know wondered about the name of the book D. was reading. The name of the book is, "Kiss Me Again Stranger" by Daphne Du Maurier who wrote "The Birds." There were 8 short stories inside the book.

Lauren, this is a really cute pic of Doris and Marty. Looks like they were having fun. I hope so. I had not seen this before but it does look like Cannes. How in the world do you know what that book title is? I can barely see the writing! Thanks for posting..

It wasn't me who read the book title. It was an obsessed fan with a high-resolution iPad.

I have an iPad but it's not that good! Guess it's time to trade it in.
