I love the Midnight Lace photos of Doris. She looks so sophisticated and elegant. They are amongst my all-time favorite pictures of Doris.

Thank you!

MN is [probably] Doris' finest costumes on screen - superb creations by Irene.

Doris with Irene.A few years back I made picturebook for Doris with this one in it,because Jas,you said "I wish Doris could see this".It was an inspiration and the book turned out lovely.

Thanks melancholy for the photo of Doris and Irene. I have read about her but had not seem a picture. She has a look of sophistication and elegance.

I have Bryan to thank for my Wesley avatar. I love it too. I am afraid there is still lot of Wesley in me. In other words, good intentions going awry but always the optimist. I used to drive everyone over the edge when I was a kid by endlessly saying, "Holy Cow!" I believe Wesley used the expression in one of the films or maybe it was from his character on Father Knows Best.

Thanks Howard for the great pictures.

The one picture of Doris on the train looks like it may have been from the time she was filming The Man Who Knew Too Much.
